I am on a diet too and me personally, I wouldn't worry about it. Just eat what you want, but in a smaller portion. I lost 25 lbs since august just by eating smaller amounts. Eat till you are comfortable not full or stuffed and you'll be fine. Try to stay away from really greasy foods, pastas or starches, those seem to add the pounds a little. Like I said, just eat what you want, just a smaller amount and over all, have fun!

Try a garden salad with a grilled chicken breast on it, or sushi is healthy. Make sure the dressing is lighe like an oil and vinegar type not a creamy dressing.

If you are on a diet stick to your diet.
If you are concerned about eating healthy, you should eat at home.
Don't trust restaurants to look out for your health.
