We talk for a few days back 3 weeks ago and one night she said that it'll be the last phone call.
After 3 weeks she called me and said she just wanted to see how I was doing.I like to call her too, but I don't want to look desperate. Should I call her or should I wait for her to call? and if I should call what should I say and how often should I call? I really want this girl.

You should call her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be honest girls love a bold man. Just ask her where you stand in her eyes. Ask her if she thinks it could go somewhere. Mabey try just being a good friend and let the rest happen!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?
Just remember, take each moment like it will be the last. This I feel will be a good start for you in knowing. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Call her. Just talk to her. If you want to ask her out ask her out. Don't play games. Don't call her several times a day, that's a pest. Don't be a pest. Just be there. Calling every 2-3 days definitely is not a pest. Slow and steady wins the race -- be honest with yourself and be yourself, don't play mind games.

give her a call. but if you get her voicemall wait for her to call you back. at most call her a second time. always know that they're are better fish in the sea. I know its hard. Just talk to her. Find out what she likes and talk to her about it. Ask her even if you like to do homework together or something sometimes.

If you like her that much, call her. life is too short to live with regret. Do you have something in common, are you having trouble with something can she help, ask her opinion of something what kind of movies does she like, does she read, whats her favorite song and why. Do you listen to the same music. call her. take care Heather

call her at least like twice a week
to let her know your are interested, however not DESPERATE
the girl is probably waiting for you to call
and the reason why she called you was because she was waiting for your call which never came!
just call her
