my gf is mad at me cuz i telll her i love her but she asked me if it old me ex if i loved her and i said i told her sometimes but i said it in the caring way and i wasnt in love with her like i am with my current girlfriend and shes having doubts whether i mean it this time. what can i tell her to make her beleieve me?

you could tell her you have grown since then and that this is not just a phase for you ,but you would have to mean it and i think at this point you would not be telling the truth . just take it slow love is not liking some one or even having deep feelings for them, and if you say it and don't really mean it you could hurt her like you probably did the last girl .so just tell your new friend you really care about her and that your actions will show that, if you end up still with her years from now you can honestly say you love her and she will believe you

you should have said No. Tell her you didn't mean it and you don't have feelings for her. get her something special on valentine's day to show your love for her.
