You have crab legs? You poor dear. Have you tried some cocoa butter? :-)

For crab legs, try dipping in a touch of butter that's seasoned with Bay Seasoning, some garlic powder, or onion powder. Crab legs are rich enough that they really shouldn't need dipping in butter, though the amount of butter is probably not hugely unhealthy if you're not gorging. If you like the added flavor/greasiness of butter, try a little bit of light olive oil, with or without some other seasonings. For contrast, try some lemon juice.

Try a vinaigrette you make with olive oil, pressed garlic, some sea salt and lemon. It's even better when made ahead and allowed to sit.
