any cream based soup is fattening. Eat fresh veggies are broth type soups.

If it's canned soup, then it's probably not the best option.
If you do eat at night, choose something real healthy such as some carrot sticks, a few sticks of celery with peanut butter, etc. Things that don't have many calories, but will help you fill full. Also, you could try drinking a glass of water instead of grabbing a snack, sometimes that will make you fill full and you won't want to grab the food.

yes a bit, go for tomatoe soup or eat a sugar ferre frozen fruit popcilce or just go to sleep and wake up in the morning and have an omlet you ca do it if you dont have any healthy treats just go to sleep and think of that nice omlet waiting for you and you"d al so feel better about yourself in the morning

i remember reading a study a few months ago that stated that late night snacking is not necessarily bad for you. as long as you count those calories into your diet and you are not going over what you should be eating then you are okay. the reason why it is normally seen as bad is because people do not include their late night snack into their normal diet, which means it is added calories that they do not account for.

if you live in Malaysia, after 8pm is the time that all the best food from heaven are sold and avaiable....huwaaa you can eat till you drop..!!!!
the morning after you ate, dont forget to exercise..but the most important things is,....THROW A LOT OF SHITS FROM YOUR A#$ by eat lots of fruits....papayas and bananas are good for diet...better then apple..!!!
