uhh, How old are you? If u guy was staring you down for that long and not talking to you thats just friggin creepy. Not romantic, not cute, CREEPY! However if you speak to him on msn i guess your getting there but you mind want to watch out, if he didnt know you before he could be after only your body, or be a stalker... I hate people who stare.

try talking to him. if you don't want to encourage it, however, don't stare back or walk with that little bounce girls pull when they want to be noticed. the worst thing you can do is lead someone on. but hey, if ya like him, then yes, that means he's attracted to you.

most times it will b b/c he likes u, but it is not alwayz the case sometimes. but u can more than tell by the way he looks at u, so next tine he does, see how he looks at u.
