Everything seems so flat this time of year and it's eating away at my energy and motivation. Have any good suggestions for curing the blues?

I have it too. Like the first response here I look forward to spring. In the meantime try to get yourself in a well lighted place for at least 30 minutes a day. Light helps a lot.

Me and my girlfriends usually go to the movies! It just feels good to get out of the house, and depending on the time of the show, a little dinner of maybe some app's at a restaurant is fun before or even after! ..Or some drinks;). Enjoy! good luck!

You could have something called Seasonal Affective Disorder. . .it's very common and some light therapy can help. Also eating healthy foods and excercise can help too.

spring is not too far off, and we havent really even had an awful winter here in upstate ny..go figure..
