If you have all of your permanent teeth when you start, it should take 18-24 months, unless you have something major going on. Then it could take up to 3 years or more (possibly).

Depends.
I had mine on for 5 years but my teeth were near perfect without them to begin with.

The dentist you choose determines how nice your teeth will look like in the end.

i had some big problems with my teeth and jaw so i got started in the 5th grade with appliances and was done my braces then i was in the 10th grade. so about 5 years.
