...when I'm doing weight lunges. How do I prevent that?
(It happens even with lightweights - 3.5 kg x 2 weights on a 1 kg bar)

It happens when when hiking downhill too. I really hope you guys have some good solutions here. It's getting really annoying especially during gym classes

emm, you might be a little bow legged, check how big is the space between your legs(under your knees). if it's more tan 2-3 inches then you're bow legged. but apart from that, maybe your joints have been hurt or maybe there's a problem with your knees.

knees are very very very sensitive so you sholud see a doctor immediately if it continues to hurt. don't wait cause knees 'are' sensitive.

Loose Ligaments?Get a doctor to check it out.If you do have a problem,you want to know before you do irreversible damage.

Maybe its to much for you, so your knees cant support it? Im just brainstorming here
