I have a very important competition unfortunately its the one spot i neglect in my workout how can i get results quick?

You already have a six pack, but it's hidden behind your adominal fat. So the best way to show it and work it out is to diet...lose that fat. Now for your workout....do hanging leg lifts. Hang by your arms....or armpits...and slowly raise your legs until they're 90 degrees to your body, then slowly lower them. You can also work your obliques by doing the same thing.....but raising and lowering them at an angle...on each side. You can do these twice a day....everyday. Try it.....you'll feel the burn. This won't happen tomorrow, and you may not have enough time for your upcoming sports event...but it you continue to carefully diet and do this workout, I promise you....you'll have some awesome abs by this summer..and you'll be the object of attention if you wear a bikini . properly the terrific issues are like grains. for example nature valley bars. Gatorade isn't undesirable, yet do no longer drink ANY power beverages like monster, crimson bull, rockstar, u get my element. those beverages truly "suck out" all ur power. Gatorade and water r the terrific.
