Depends on your age, when you are young your muscles are different than when you are thirty. Usually you max out at a "six pack" but if you are say 12 then you might be able to manage a 12 pack. Which I have only seen once, it was pretty damn impresive.

You mean like a 6 pack? You actually have 8 muscles, 4 per side. Getting an 8 pack isn't easy.
