I'm sure that one day there will be a Latino president. But that Latino president will also be an native-born AMERICAN CITIZEN.

I'm sure you're not intelligent enough to know this, but currently one of the requirements to become president is that one must be BORN on US soil. So no illegal immigrant can ever become president. And even legal ones can't, because they weren't born in the US. So you eliminate all Latinos who weren't born in the US from ever possibly being president. Also, another of the requirements is one must be at least 35 years old to run for president. Since demographically speaking most of the Latinos born in the US are currently under 35 years old, the odds of having a Latino president any time soon are remote.

Also, we're more likely to have a black or Asian president before we have a Latino president because the best indicators to become president are either an Ivy League education or military service. Currently Latinos rank behind both blacks and Asians in both categories. Makes it a little harder to obtain. Actually, Barack Obama may be the first minority president, so it could happen here really quickly too.

LOL- A mexican will never be president, even if all the mexicans got together and voted for the same person, the higher ups wouldn't give a mexican the electoral votes so it doesn't matter lol. Plus there aren't enough Legal mexicans to make a difference.

Do you see the answers you have got? It is because they are scared. They know that very well could be the future. I am sure there will be a day in my life that a Hispanic president will be in office. And a woman too.
