It depends on where it was bottled. Water from South Dakota for example has a lot of natural floride in it, as does most water 'from a municipal water source'. Some spring water may have it - again depending on where it was bottled.
Ask your Department of Water Quality in your area - they should be able to tell you - or in the case of commerically bottled water, see if the grocery store manager knows or knows who to contact. Of course, the first thing to do is to read the label on the bottle to see what it says.

It's sort of funny you asked this, I recently watched some TV show on fluoride. They said it should be labeled on the water bottle if it contains it, but to be sure you should call the maufacture's number on the bottle. You can also supposedly buy labeled 'fluoride free' water bottles now days too.

The average bottled water does not, however they do make bottled water with floride in it...it's usually found by the other bottled waters and in the baby department. It will say "with Fluoride"

Not unless it specifically says that it does, now they make water marketed to kids that has fluoride in it.

Not likely though there's drinking water, distilled water and bottled water. I've seen different generic gallon jugs of water at the grocery with different "types" of water
