Your hormones are in all hazard a huge element at this age. And it is purely the initiating. issues without notice difficulty you so lots greater, acquaintances get on your nerves, and you experience severe rage whilst issues do no longer artwork out a definite way . . . . whether this is a attempt grade, a pal's betrayal or your suffering a bad hair day. you will be ok although, because of the fact i will see you opt to be general returned and that i do no longer think of you're particularly wanting to die - - - - you purely want issues to be greater powerful, top? My advice is to discover a activity. something you're able to take exhilaration in doing. listening to music, writing, drawing, photos, puzzles, crafts, jewelry making . . . . properly, you get the assumption. this might distract you and take the concentration off each and every thing it particularly is unfavourable top now. It additionally helps lots to make certain you're turning out to be adequate sleep at night, eating water instead of caffeine, and consume greater protein than carbs. discover time to exercising a minimum of 15-20 minutes on a daily basis. Dance to the VH1-Countdown on television, take a stroll, do an exercising video. in case you do all the above constantly for a pair of months and issues nevertheless look bleak and depressing, tell your dad and mom you will be able to desire to speak to somebody. Then maybe a counselor or psychologist can help. you're so youthful to be positioned on anti-depressants and now and returned taking the drugs is worse than the undertaking in case you're no longer medicated properly or clinically determined properly. Take care, and carry in there. you will make it by those youngster years!

when you were 4 you had no problems as most of the time you were with your parents. now you are 13,has friends. of course you'll encounter more problems as people act differently (some are nice, some are nasty). that is normal, it is just a process of growing up. when i have problems, i write them down: i write all things which i dislike then i write my expectations (for each problem) then steps needed to achieve those expectations. doing so makes me comfortable because at least i can see solutions. cheer up!

something in your life has changed to make you feel this way. you may not want to do this but go talk to your parents and ask them for some help. if you can't talk to them, pull a teacher aside and ask for their help. only you can make that step. when it comes to your friends, what is making them so annoying to you...if that is what they are doing, keep yourself away from them(true friends won't do that) you will pull through this, and in time you'll look back on this time as just a little bump in the road that made you that much stronger. keep your head up my dear, you'll be ok!!!

Talk to some adult that you trust. Your parents? School counselor? Sunday school teacher? School teacher? Coach?
13 is a tough age for alot of kids. Talk to someone who will listen to your problems.

Just understand that there's people just like you in this situation. And if those friends hurt you, maybe you should cross them off your list and find new ones.
