What would happen If I just ate Fruits for the next month and eat nothing at all, how much weight will be lost

You won't lose a lot. You will lose muscle mass mainly. Then you will gain a LOT of weight back after you return to your normal eating habits.

Well, I am not exactly sure how much weight will be lost but i will garanty you that at least a pound or two. I will aslo tell you that it isn't healthy because you will loose nutrients and protein. You will definetly need sugar in your diet.Though there is this program that will make you loose 20 pounds in 10 days. I have had been told by my friends that this program really works. Though you have to pay $27. No gym or dieting! Try it if you really need to loose weight or if you want to.Hope this advice will help you!!! Goood Luck!

It would not be good on your body. You need more than fruit to survive, your body would be lacking protein, calcium, and much more.

It would be best to eat a diet that did include lots of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and whole wheat breads.

I do as that's a healthy nutrition source. i come across it exciting that a proclaimed vegetarian as your self limits herself to this variety of outstanding source of nutrition. extraordinarily on a on a regular basis foundation. sturdy luck on that decision.

you would lose weight but you would also lose protein and other nutrients you get from other foods. I say its not a godd idea
