Your weight depends on what size your frame is. Basic weight is measured with 100 lbs for the first 5 feet and 5 lbs for each additional inch. For a teenager/adult that's 5'7 and has a medium frame, 135 lbs is ideal. If your frame is small subtract 10% from that total (121.5) and if your frame is large add 10% (148.5).

Eh, it's hard to tell given that people vary and I've been a lot taller for some time, but I would say about 145 or so.

as a 14 year old guy who is 5'8", i'd say 120-140. but gender can make all the diff.

Around 135 pounds, if you are over that do not worry! Don't starve yourself that can only make it worse. If you feel you are fat try a diet and exercise!
