this is a question for my medical science class. I am not sure what does she want that we find out about this expression? if somebody can help me.

It's also called the "honeymooner's disease". The vaginal wall lies very near the female bladder and urethra. For some women the act of intercourse exerts enough pressure on the bladder that they easily get bladder or UTI infections. It's called "bride's bladder" or honeymooner's disease" because it's not uncommon for women to suffer this condition after they first get married because newlyweds tend to have sex frequently.

Probably means cystitis, or a urinary tract infection. Sex can increase the chance of getting a bladder infection.

"honeymoon" cystitis maybe? i've heard it can occur because of increased sexual activity. and brides +marriage + honeymoon... you put it all together. but i don't know, i haven't heard of brides bladder.

I think it means that when you are anxious(like getting married,thus the bride element)that you have difficulty controlling your urine and leakage may occur. Good luck.
