I cannot stay home and relax for a day...I am much too busy for that. But I want something I can do for it. I have a REALLY stuffed up nose and it kinda runs a little but not enough for me to actually be able to blow it. And my eyes are super watery!!!!! Like by the end of my 2nd class this morning all my eye make-up was gone. I don't wear a lot, but...I have been miserable, sneezing, exhausted, scratchy throat and it affects my voice, and I cannot breath(through my nose) so I can't sleep either...Please help me!!!!!!!!!!

With those symptoms you actually sound like you have a combination of both cold and allergies. Do keep the fluids up, increase the amount of Vitamin C you take. This would be normal anyways but since you have an extra busy schedule you need to be careful to get extra C. Try a non drowsy nasal decongestant. It will not only help with the nose being stuffy and runny but it should also help with the watery eyes. Make sure to wash your hands alot and keep them away from your eyes. Get your rest!!! Oh, and by all means wear waterproof mascara during this time. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

Please try AIRBORNE cold remedy it does work we have used it since it became available. If you can take a decongestant buy that and ask the pharmacist for non-drowsy brand. Drink hot tea with lemon if you can find Echanesia tea thats great tasiting and will build up your immune system. Take plenty of vitamin C drink plenty of water to wash away the toxins. Use a humidifier if you have one when you sleep. A good cold medicine like Tylenol COLD in a liquid works too...esp if you cannot stay home and rest. My husband used it and works. I wish you luck and wellness.

You can try thera flu... it works for me when I'm busy and don't have time to rest in bed all day, also I use Vick's to rub on my chest at night before I go to sleep (it helps open my nose and make it a little better for me to breath at night).

Drink alot of fluids, eat, believe it or not chicken soup, the protein and the steam from the soup will sooth you, use a vaporizor at nite and vicks, this should clear up some of the congestion, and actified at nite.

Sudifed, don't know if that is spelled right, but it works, also drink a lot of water, it will help flush your system, take a Vitamin C tablet daily, this all will help but generally you just have to wait it out.
