Your current employer should be either mailing or handing them out to everyone within the next week. If you had another place of employment this year, contact them to make sure they have your current address for mailing it to you. The law requires that they be postmarked by Jan. 31.

Your employer should be able to provide you with them by January 31st. If not, contact, the IRS, they will penalize them if they do not give you one by Feb. 15th. If you mean that you just want a copy of your current w-2's, you can just make copies from a xerox machine, it is not illegal or anything.
