yes you should tell him, but don't tell him like if you're implying he should break up with the other girl. Drop hints, tell him he looks cute when he wears a certain shirt or his hair makes him hott. It's hard to tell a guy who's taken that you like him but you should do it because if he likes you too then it will all work out. If he doesn't at least you should be proud of yourself that you worked up the courage to tell him. I know it's not easy but once you tell him you'll feel so much better :) Good Luck!!!
