I think it's in Kings. The city was under siege and every one was starving. This woman brought her grievance to the King. It seams her and a neighbor each had a son. They both agreed they would cook and eat one son the first day and the other one the next. So they killed and ate this woman's son, but the next day when it was time to cook the second son it mother had hidden it away. Now my question. Was the second woman trying to protect her baby. Or was she just saving it for herself when she got hungry? It's in your Holy Bible people. God knows I didn't make anything like this up.

Second time I've seen this question (or comment) in exactly the same words, in the last couple of weeks. Not too original!
I won't be original either, I'll give you the same answer I did then. The story describes apostate Israel to the north, the city that was under siege was worshiping Baal and Astarte, the male and female gods of reproduction, that were worshipped with the wildest orgies, "sacred" prostitution, sometimes torture and killing. The account you mention is recorded in order to show just how low humanity can sink when society turns away from God.
- Well, I did add on a bit of information that I don't think I mentioned in my previous answer.

2 Kings 6. There was a famine in Israel (Samaria) due to a Syrian seige. The passage illustrates the desperation of the people, who turn to cannibalism AND deceit. The "story" is simply related to the king by the woman whose son was eaten, leading the king to mourn the breakdown of moral order and to put on sackcloth. The second woman might merely have been tricking the first woman into sacrificing her son. We don't even know if the other woman HAD a son.

You need to lay off the drugs and try living in the real world for awhile. If you truly want to know about God, then quit thinking you already know all you need to know and dismiss the possibility there is a God. Find a good Christian church (I would suggest Catholic Church ) and study what they believe. Then and only then could you make an informed decision about what true FAITH is all about. "The truth will set you free "

I don't remember that story. There was the one where two claimed one baby, and one wanted it divided in two and the other didn't. This was Solomon that made the decision as to who the mother was.
