What do you mean by infection IN the lymph nodes? When you have an infection anywhere in the body the lymphs in that area swell as they fight the infection. So an infected throat will show in the lymphs in the neck.

i have this as we speak and the doc has me on antibiotics ..and its working ,oh by the way im a 2 time cancer patient surviver !

very serious, it can spread quickly through the blood stream. I would see a M.D. soon.
