Yes, I do. They're German in origin, and the text can be found free of charge online (wait, and I'll get a link for you). They became quite popular in the 1800s, and have been used for folk spells in both Pennsylvania Dutch and African-American communities. Now, you can find a copy in nearly any online bookstore, particularly the occult-related ones.

Moses was 857 years after flood to take half a million heirs to the Promised Land [ the covenant had been made with Abraham 430 years ago Exo.12:40,41 and Gal.3:16-18 at 430 years is the law ]; Num.33:38,39; Aaron at age 123 dies in 40th year. Deut.34:7;
Moses dies at age 120 in 40th year at 897 years after flood. Genesis and Job has been compiled, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy is done as they lived it, Psm.90:1-17; says it is by Moses. 2553 after Adam and 1513 before Christ.
