For weeks, I have been ignoring the annoying flashing red sign on my computer saying that my Nortan Antivirus had expired. Well, now I have to pay the price (literally) because the computer was infected with a Trojan horse. Now, today, I bought the downloadable version of Nortan antivirus and recieved an Email with a mixture of #'s and letters that made no sense whatsoever. There were like, 5 links that led me to a "Page Can Not Be Found" thing. All I want to do is install this program!!!!!!!!!!!!! What do I do? I need my computer desperately for a new thing for an important school project. Please answer any computer experts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

C'mom contact your computer company or contact the place where u bought whatever..

try going to program,accessories,system tools ,restore pick a date when your computer was working fine restore it to that time if that works than install your virus protection
