Its your fault for drinking the stuff, but if a person goes overboard and is in the mental black area and really dosent know what they are doing the it is still their own fault in a way, but most people cant really see the blackness coming and dont do it on porpous. If it happens on on a regular basis, then moderation should be taken a little more seriously, if its a once a year thing, cut em some slack!

Yes, you drink alcohol, or do drugs....it'll help "break down the walls" and you'll do things you won't normally do. This is one of the oldest tricks in the book that a guy will do in order to get him some. So if you put yourself in that position, then yes, it is your fault. Best of luck to you.

You are the one who took the drink in the first place. Most people will not do anything drunk that they wouldn't do sober. The drinking just loosens you up a bit.If you want to blame the drinking on the problem , then maybe you shold seek some help with your problem and alcohol.I know this is truebecause I am a recovering alcoholic.Best of luck with this problem.......

Depends on the situation. If you were the cause or engaged in the conversation, then yes it is your own fault.
If you made the choice, then it is you holding the bag and no one else. You can always say no, or take yourself out of the equation or exit diplomaticaly (if friends are involved)
If you are talking sex, then yes, if you agreed, it's all on you.

Yes, that has never been an excuse in DUI court. And you do have to pay child support, drunk or not.
Murdered someone? Still guilty.
But if you're whacked out naturally, you can get away with all of the above....

Yes, it is stil your fault. You chose to drink and you must account for your own actions.

Yes, you are responsible but it doesn't make you a bad person. Just try not to repeat behavior that makes you feel badly.
