Is he been having diarrhea? You should put him on a soft diet of room temp plain yogurt and cooked rice, until you can TAKE HIM TO THE VET.
I'm glad my advise helped you. The reason why room temp yogurt helps is because it reintroduces beneficial bacteria to the G.I. tract essential for normal digestion. The diarrhea was probably from a sudden change in diet. Introduce the new food slowly. He still should see your vet for his vaccinations and be checked for internal parasites (worms).
Contrary to some other answers worms are not an emergency, wild dogs live with worms their whole life. The will affect their overall health but are rarely life threatening

Poor little guy! If he cries when he poops, he's in obvious pain, and may have an infection. He needs to be seen and treated by a vet ASAP, to give him some relief. That's awful, to have to go through that every time he goes.

Liklihood is he has a problem with diarrhea. When you take him in for his first health check this week make sure and take a stool sample. Your veterinarian will test it for parasites. Heshould have good vet exam and begin his vaccination protocol too.

He may have infected anal glands. You need to take him to the vet and find out what is wrong as soon as possible.
