There's the guy im interested in .. i need some answers!?

So there's this guy im kind of interested in .. and his guy friend always see`s me and goes " HEY ISNT THAT YOUR GIRLFRIEND " or " HEY ISNT THAT THE GIRL YOU LIKE " blah blah. and im wondering if it`s true. the other time i talk`d to him he was like whats up TOOTS. is that a sign or something and i was talking to him about something and he was saying " MY WAY, IS THE LIKEABLE WAY " right? with a big smiley face ! and i think he was trying to give me hints but im not sure. please help me . lol
