Apple, Inc. sets its prices so the cost will be the same.
Purchasing online incurs shipping fees in some cases.

(below the image of the iPods on the right, click "Compare Specs" and you will see a chart of all iPod models to help you decide which is best for you)

Refurbished iPods are available with full warranties (I recommend getting the AppleCare coverage, whether you buy new OR refurbished).

Website and store will be the same, you will get the best deal on ebay. Apple.com has discounts on some days so if you're not in a hurry then keep your eye out for a good deal.

I have the ipod nano 2 gb and it's more than enough, I have around 300 songs on there and about 20 pix.

Go to the Apple Store and ask if they have a refreshed one. This means it was purchased and returned open. You get a great discount and it still has its full one year warranty.
