At this age if she were part of the actual bridal party she would be a jr. bridesmaid.
But this young lady could read a scripture or special passage. Be in charge of getting the guests to sign the guest book, pass out programs or the wedding bubbles/birdseed. The girl could also light the candelabra if they're being used.

she roll the paper down the aisle for bride to walk on , she can be junior bridesmaid, reader of lovely poem about the couple. She can be hostess at the reception sitting people.

a junior bridesmaid
a greeter who hands out progams
the guest book attendant
if there will be communion, have her carry up the Host
or a reader (although I think personally this would be my last resort)
