When you know the only reason is PRIDE and misunderstanding? After one month, Im not sure if he is dating a new girl, but in the last conversation I asked him to give a formal closure (i mean in person), but he said it was not the right timing (it was Christmas eve then) so , I said Ok. But then, I haven't heard from him since. Now, I want to give my own farewell and my share of apologies to our once so beautiful relationship. I do love him still, but I think closure coming from me will help me move on. Do you think I will just be wasting my time??? Opinions here will be greatly appreciated....

His dumping you was his way of saying goodbye. It seems the reason he has not contacted you is that he does not want to hear from you. You are wasting your time and should go and find someone who will treat you decently.

It's never a waste of time to seek closure for yourself. But be prepared for the fact you may have to do it in a letter, not necessarily in person. Sometimes if you express to someone the importance of having closure in person they will understand, but sometimes they won't. Just do what you can to move on cause you are the most important right now.

Even though you feel you need closure, I think you need closure with in yourself. It is clear that he has moved on, it's time that you did also. Write a letter to him if you want to get everything off your chest. Then put the letter away in the back of a drawer somewhere. Maybe that will help. Good luck!
