there are 3 active Marine divisions-
1st Marine Div - marine corps Base,Camp Pendleton, CA
2nd Marine Division - Marine Corps Base,Camp Leguene, NC
3rd Marine Div - Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler,Okinawa, Japan

one reserve division
4th-New Orleans, Louisiana

Three active air wings-roughly division sized
1st-Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan
2nd-Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina
3rd-Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California

and one reserve wing
4th-New Orleans, Louisiana

There are three active duty and one reserve division.

1st Marine Div - Camp Pendleton, CA
2nd Marine Division - Camp Leguene, NC
3rd Marine Div - Okinawa, Japan

The reserves are 4th Marine Division and I believe it is based out of Louisiana, but they are spread out all over the country.

Now, there are also Service Support Groups and Air Wings as well.

Someone else has to pipe up, because I am 99% sure that the 5th and 6th divisions are both inactive, and have been for some time; I mean 60 years.

EDIT - 2 have been on inactive reserves for decades, from what i understand.
