Hello,
OK, so we all know this is very nasty, and certaily not any reason you decided to start a computer up, from day one, this is my advice-: first of all, do you know the source of these bad e.mails? if not you have the choice of closing that e.mail account, and then create another, Yahoo, (whom you have obviously heard of ) will take you through the steps, and provide you with protection in the sorting of your e.mails, then when you have your new web account up and running, create yourself a 'bulk' folder, and most of your unsolicited mails will go into there, these you can delete without even opening their contents, thus saving you from the distress of reading them, (you can still read them if you wish to. ) and go on from there to create other folders to keep for ever the e.mails you want to keep, and these can be as personal and private as you would like them to be, down those onto floppies hard discs, etc and keep 'em for ever.
So, just to recap, shut down the old e.mail site, recreate a new e.mail site and go from there. I hope this helps you out...... Tony M

Bloody telephone menus that take you round and round in circles and then, when you finally reach the right destination, there is "no one available to take your call at the moment".
I waited over 20 minutes when I rang TalkTalk today, only to be told, when I got through, that their computer system had gone down so they couldn't deal with my problem.
Of course I said "OK thank you. I will ring back later"..........NOT
