Look at this site. There are all kinds of saints listed here:

I come from a Catholic family, and most of my female relatives are named after saints. Here are a few names:
Bibiana, Apollonia, Sophia, Angelica, Rosalie, Cecilia, Lucia, Zoe, Germaine, Felicity, Crescentia, Gemma, Hyacinth, Magdalena, Fabiola, Odilia, Sabina.
And remember, many women are taking male confirmation names. I know of several women who took Michael, Sebastian, Gabriel and other male names for confirmation.

You might better be looking on a Catholic saints web-site. Choose one that has qualities that you respect and may lack. Remember, that saint will be praying for you for the rest of your life.
Suggestions? Elizabeth Seton/Cecilia/Mary Magdalene/Good Luck and congratulations regarding your confirmation. It is an awesome sacrament and an even more awesome commitment.

For my confirmation (when I was still a Catholic, teehee), I used my middle name, Lené (pronounced like René Russo's first name, only with an L) because it's a diminutive of Helen/Helena. But if you'd REALLY like a list of names, try this site, which also gives a short story about the saints themselves:
