should it be gel like texture? kind of jelllo-y. or does it need more developer creme?

my hair has been bleached over 5 times and im getting the brasiness out of my hair :)

Mix double the amount of developer to however much toner you used.

It should be slightly watery, but still easy enough to apply to the hair.

You should be mixing equal parts. As far as your next ? toning hair is not bleaching it. Sometimes you put a toner on the hair after you bleach. Good Luck

equal parts ...like 2ozs developer to 2ozs toner........ toners are for hair that is bleached ....not for just coloring ................always read the instructions ......you can't just pour it on our head....and have it work.....................
