well his friend told me he likes me so i said ok cool and of coarse i like him so then his friend told me i need to aske him out so i said ok fine so then he went and asked out the guy i like and he said yes, but now my problem is that now what do i do cuz we have talked but not like a whole lot and i really want this to work so im not soo sure what i do now.

All you have to do is be yourself.
Isn't it nice to have something to look forward too. I would just have fun, and not worry about how to be, what to wear, or all those things. the best way to start a new boyfriend is to see if he really likes YOU.

Go see a funny movie together and then dinner afterwards. This way you can spend the dinner discussing the movie if you run out of things to say.

Best thing is get his number and call him. It gives you some time to talk to each other without pressure of other people or face to face, then if it goes well set a "date" to go out and hang....then see where it leads.

One thing that i do to help "break the ice" is to act like i've known them well all along, and try to avoid akward silences if you know what i mean. Find out what your comment interests are, ask them what kind of music they like, favorite foods, etc. and stuff like that

well u could go to a school dance with him or something.if u can drive go to the movies.if you don't feel comfortable around him then he probably isn't theright guy for you.Ask him what sports he likes and what his favorite football team is .something like that.

Find out what his interests are, tell him yours and find ones you have in common and talk about those, engage in some fun outdoors/indoors activity and have fun together it will come natural when your having fun.
