My husband hunts, and we had a recipe for sausage, but I misplaced it. Help us please.

Ground venison can be used instead of ground pork in ANY sausage recipe.........I would up the spiciness a bit as SOME venison can taste gamey .....

You need to find a recipe strictly for deer meat. Try google and type in wild game recipes and see what comes up.

try your local butcher first. if that don't help, which it really should because most local butchers WILL proccess game animal for hunters, try north american hunting society web site, they usually have tons of venison recipies!

Get a butcher to do it.
