unfortunately for homosexuals...anything that has to do with the military doesn't allow homosexuals......but under the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy you can join any military program in the USA but you can't say that your gay or act gay. so no homosexual conduct is allowed.

I certainly believe that it does. There have been an awful lot of homosexuality questions lately, regarding the military.

Is this a fact finding mission by the California democrats who might be looking for a new home for there San Francisco residents?

Yes and no. That's why Clinton, gave the Don't ask Don't tell rule, back in the 1990's..If you are caught engaging in behavior unfitting the uniform they can discharge you.

Homosexual conduct? What does that entail? Listening to Barbra Streisand? Waxing my butt? Being stylish?

I think the "Uniform Code of Military Justice" would ban ANY KIND OF SEXUAL CONDUCT.

It doesn't allow overt homosexual conduct. What you do on your own time is up to you, as long as you don't go around telling everyone about it.

Yes, hence the don't ask don't tell policy. If you enlist, and no one has the knowledge you are gay, no problem, even if you act flamming gay, they still can't ask you if you are. BUT if you tell someone your gay the cat is out of the bag and you can be discharged. Basically forcing a gay Soldier to live out his/her Military career in the closet. But, then again, I am all for this policy it has worked well.

I don't think it's under the UCMJ but they do have you sign this form when you enlist. It's a pretty ghetto form, it's just a piece of paper with like one paragraph. It just says that they better not catch you doing homo sh*t or letting them know... or bye bye.
