I held a magnet up tp my TV one day by accident, and now it has all these weird colors. Any suggestions on how to make color go away without a mechanic?

If unplug and replug not working meaning you need a hand degausser. You can find this devices in electronic store.

I did that as a kid cuz it made the screen go all "fun house miror". But later it gave the screen a weird color.
Somebody came by and wove some electric powered magic wand over the screen and fixed it. Don't know what the tool is called but it was a circle with a handle, and it was electric powered.
Sorry, this was 30 years ago.

Unplug your tv for a few minutes then plug it back in.

i had the same thing happen to me i just waited it out and sooner or later it went away sry i could'nt be more help!
