we just started seriously talking a week ago so im trying 2 find our 4 future reference.....and we haven't gone out yet....so whats a good timeline? cuz my last relationship i waited like 6 months and that was way way way too long and it sucked.....

First you really need to go out on a date find out more things she likes to do let her choose where to go... make plans again to go out.... after a couple weeks (two is your best bet maybe three) ask her out but when you are on a date NOT on the phone thats wrong... and see that things will work out if they where ment to be

I would say wait a while. Show her that you're a nice guy she can trust and hang out with her and her friends. Once you become a great friend she'll know that you wont end up as some kind of loser boyfriend.
