so, you know buboes come from the plague, I'll assume. i've read a lot on the several plagues, and I've never seen any other word used to describe these nasty things. go to an online English-French dictionary.

If you mean "bubo" as in the Latin word for boil as a symptom of the bubonic plague, I gues that's bubonique in French.
