This guy i know picks on me all the time. I think he likes me but i dont know i like him any suggestions?

I work with him every week pretty much. He hides my things and makes me look for them. actually its annoying but funny at he same time. He likes to pull jokes on me and every time says something about me that could be mean but i dont take it seriously. I like him and i have liked him for a long time now almost 4 months. i do everything that i could possibly can think of. i am not really experienced in this type of thing i have only dated a couple of times and the last time i was on a date was 3 years ago. this guy is cute and can be funny and thats what i like. he doesnt do any drugs or drinking and thats what i also like about him. you probably would say why i like him because he always picks on me but theres something about him that i like. please help

Ok, if he picks on you and doesn't go forward and ask you for a date, then a) he has a problem with rejection or b) doesn't want to go out with you.

This is what I think : hide one of his things, like his favourite pen or even his mouse, then when he wants it back ask him what he would do for you to get it back...if he mumbles and funbles with the question hint that a coffee or ice cream after work could do it...if after a hint like THAT he does not go for it then give him his mouse back and tell him not to bother you anymore...
