My favorite sparring kick is the turning back kick. It is easy to set up and easy to strike with, since it slides just up and over the shoulder, or under the guard into the midsection. You can throw it from very close, or relatively far. It is also a very powerful kick, and can stun your opponent, even through a guard, long enough to land additional devastating attacks.

My favorite demonstration kick, would probably be the 540 kick. I can't do it, but it's really, really incredible to watch.

Well, from where I learn TKD the kicks of the names are slightly different from yours. Basically in sparring, I would do turning kick either high or to the stationary level and prefer to do them in a continuous motion. I would also do some slamming kick as not much people would expect a short guy like me to do it.

As for demonstration, I like to do 360 turning kick and 360 back hook. Recently got the feel of how to do the 540 back hook.

My favorite kick in all of TKD would be the high roundhouse. I'm roughly 5'6 and with it I can easily hit a 6'4 person in the head with deadly power.

In sparring, I rush the opponents, throw a few jabs, then outside crescent+jump back kick. Jump sidekick and even spin roundhouse work great for me too.

My favorite in sparring is a hook kick followed by a side kick with the same foot. For breaking I like the step side kick & reverse kick. Anyone who knows the meaning of my screen name should not be surprised by this.

Back kick and round house kick. Both lethal and easy to do both in sparring and self defense.

My favorite move in Shito Ryu (I don't take TDK) for sparring would be a round house followed by a spinning heel kick. Out side of sparring it would be a flying side kick.

my answer is surely no longer as stable as amaashelton's answer, yet i will take a stab at it a million) tell the pinnacle instructor what's going on and how you sense. attempt to no longer point out names, except the instructor asks for the names of your tormentors. 2) if that doesn't artwork, exchange faculties. you do no longer could pass by using that. TKD isn't the only martial artwork; in case you attempt out new ones, you will possibly detect a sparkling type that pastimes you. or in basic terms detect a sparkling activity all mutually . (faculties activities) do no longer difficulty approximately your bullies. difficulty approximately your happiness.

I love the axe kick! It's such an easy, but powerful kick that I can do with my bad knee.
