Of all religions only Judea-Christian says time has a beginning

The other Holy books describe God as creating within time. The Bible states that God creates independent of time. That's the difference. God can move and operate in at least two dimensions of time. In two dimensions of time, time becomes a plane, like a sheet of paper, length and width. In a plane, you can have as many lines as you want and as many directions as you want. It would be possible for God to dwell on a time line running through a sheet of paper that's infinitely long, and that never crosses or touches the timeline of our universe. As such, God would have no beginning, no end and he would not be created. Sound familiar?

Why the God of Modern Physics Matches the God of the Bible Both John Chapter One and Colossians Chapter One make that claim about God; He has no beginning, no end and He is not created.

The Bible is the only Holy book that makes that statement about God.

Your answer lies here
Basically imagine the universe as the chalk board. Anyone in the chalkboard can only see, what's in the chalkboard. God lies outside the chalkboard in another dimesion. Therefore he is not bound by the same restrictions that we have.

No, by placing your God outside time you make him null and void. All you have accomplished is defining your deity out of existence, not proving yours is the correct religion. If your God created time and space, he must live outside of time and space. Thus he is non-existent.

If your God stands above time and created time and space he can not be the first link in a time dependent chain of events. Rather he would affect every step in all chains, and we would only see god in the laws of physics. This God is an unnecessary entity to describe the world and should be removed with Occam's razor.

Sorry Jonathan, but there are other non Christian scriptures that affirm almost the same thing as the Bible, regarding God's origin.

The authors wrote about God by "inspiration", so their preception of God is one without begining and without end, most likely because they could not explain where God came from.

Today, the question of God's origin is still open to interprestation as it was over 4,000 years ago.

I hope you are aware that there are a number of religions that do not have holy books. These same faiths - that predate Christianity by thousands of years - had vast scientific knowledge long before Christianity came along to wipe out both their beliefs and their knowledge.

Also, time and dimensions are only theories. It is not even known whether time is actually linear. Some theorize that it is cyclical.
