Nothing, it's just the letters. Antakya is also known as Hatay too.
Antalya is a touristic place (one of the top places in Turkey). Antakya is a historical city, it is known for being the city of the first church (Church of St Pierre) in history.

it is only name similarity....
if you want sun,sea and beautiful beaches you should go to antalya
if you want to see more cultural work about anatolia you should go to antalya..( the first church of the world and the second biggest mosaic museum is in antakya)
