Best luxury car for under $45,000???

I am looking for a luxury vehicle for less than $45K. I want a vehicle than has nice styling, high quality, reliable, good gas mileage, and decent performance. I also want a Navigation system. What should I get??

Benz C / E , take a look at car auctions http://carauctions.deals-guide.com , i found the best auctions there, you might get even an benz S-class for that money
