ive started taking vitamins and i havent had to go to the bathroom as much lately, and its not as BAD as it was when i went. my stomach still hurts atleast 3 times a day, but i guess its because i just started taking the vitamin sunday night and last night. my appitite is coming back slowly but i still have times where i dont feel like eating. my friends at lunch think im going anorexic because i dont want to eat at lunch but they force me to eat and i get tired of hearing them tell me to eat. i hope the vitamins keep helping me improve. maybe because i wasnt eating i was getting sick and was losing my energy and not building any back up.

That sounds like some very severe food posioning, possibly something worse like dysentery, definitely go to a doctor and get yourself checked out.

You could have Chrone's disease or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Causes? The Standard American Diet (SAD). I would first dump all the junk food, refined sugars, refined foods. Drop the coffee, sodas, alcohol...just good ole fashion, clean water. Now, I know this has healed people from serious bowel problems, you could be lacking in the proper good intestinal bacteria in your bowels. Go to your nearest healthfood store and get some PROBIOTICS to reinnoculate your gut with the proper good bacteria. Garden of Life, I think it's called, makes an excellent probiotic powder that you can mix in juice or water. Try this. I can tell you by personal experience, your average doctor doesn't know too much about these kind of things and doens't equate diet and health as two things that go hand in hand. The guy who started the line of Garden of Life products cured himself of Chrone's disease with help from God and his dad who was a doctor. He looked like a holocaust victim before and found health through probiotics. This could be your answer. Try it. God bless and I hope you get better!
PS Are you consuming dairy??? A HUGE one. Milk was intended for baby cows, not humans. Drop the dairy and that could do it!

You need to go to the doctor but your symptoms sound much like those of someone who is allergic to gluten. Get a list of gluten free foods and start that immediately and you might see some relief even before you go to the doctor. Gluten is in many things so you will mostly be eating fruits, veggies and lean meats.
I'm sure you can find the info on the internet.

you might need a lot of good healthy bacteria back in your stomach/digestive system for one source of help.a good probiotic from the health food store might help a lot.i think you had better also take a hard look at the types of meds you,ve been taking, also the types of foods you eat on a daily basis, this is all what usually contributes to problems like you,ve described.it isn,t normal or good to have it that long at all,no wonder you,re tired, all nutrition is not getting into your body,it,s being dumped prematurely,,,get help asap=malnutrition/dehydration..

It could be a wide range of tings. Your digestive system is kinda screwed up from the sounds of it, you could have anything from cancer to a form of ulcer to a digestive disorder. GO TO A DOCTOR. They will be able to tell you what's wrong, nobody else can. Especially if it's been going on for a long time.

It sounds like you have a bowel problem. I hope you are seeing a doctor. It could be a parasite or on going infection.
