I'll just be doing something like using a computer or watching tv when I'll suddenly get that feeling in my nose, and I have to sneeze. Is it because of dust in my nose or is it something else?

Nasal Weasels. These weasel's are microscopic creatures who live in, or around, the nasal cavities. When their population has reached critical mass, a sudden, violent sneeze sends the excess nasal weasels out into the cold, cruel world to make their own way and raise their families in other noses.

It is different for every one. For me, it is caused by the ambient light changing from dark to bright.
