1. Open caramel sauce packet. Pour evenly into 4 small cups or 1 small bowl.

2. Stir mix into 2 cups milk* in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until comes to boil, stirring constantly (mixture will be thin.)

3. Pour slowly over caramel. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. (or, refrigerate 2 hrs if preparing in bowl.) To unmold, run small metal spatula around edge of each custard, invert onto plate, shake slightly to loosen. Remove cup or bowl. Store leftover in refrigerator.

*For best results, use 2% reduced fat or whole milk.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5yO

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I would make that jello cake. You prepare a vanilla box cake. Prepare the jello using half the water. Pierce the cake with a fork in many places. Poor the jello mixture over the cake and chill. Very good! To eat it plain..... no way!

Comments:
This dessert combines the creamy allure of caramel flan with a yellow cake. The square baking pan is layered with caramel from a Jello Flan Mix, the Jello Flan, and a cake batter made from a Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix. As it bakes the custard rises to the top, creating a flan atop the fine-crumbed cake.

Ingredients:
1 (2.75 ounce) package Jello Flan Mix
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks
1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.

2. Sprinkle contents of flan mix caramel packet evenly over bottom of 8-inch round cake pan, spreading with back of spoon. Set aside.

3. Pour milk into medium saucepan and stir in flan mix. Stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil. Place egg yolks in bowl and gradually whisk in hot milk mixture. Carefully pour over caramel in pan.

4. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and 1/4 cup water. Stir to blend. Beat 300 strokes. Add remaining 1/4 cup water and beat another 300 strokes. Spoon batter over flan mixture in pan. (Cake batter and flan will separate into layers as they bake). Place pan in large roasting pan. Fill roasting pan with warm water to come halfway up cake pan.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack, then refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Run a knife around edge of pan and invert onto serving plate, allowing caramel to drain over cake. Remove pan. Cut into wedges to serve.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Not exactaly the Jello recipe, but it uses your mix!

Lemon? You don't eat it. That's wrestlin' Jell-O. The lemon obscures the smell of sweat and inadvertant emissions.
