Help, i need to know how do we stop a puppy from digging and taking washing off of the line

Make sure that your washing is always out of reach from puppy, he'll try and still jump for it, but once he realises that he can no longer snag anything, he will grow bored and stop. Puppies love getting into everything, so he will need a while to settle down.
With the digging, I suggest getting a kiddie pool or something similar that your dog can hop into - set it up as the designated area where he can dig. Use sand or dirt in the pool and bury a few treats in the sand/dirt, it will encourage him to dig there. Every other hole he creates in your yard, put some of his poop in it, they can't stand it.

To stop you puppy from digging, put some of it's own feces in the hole(s) I guarantee it works. As for the laundry, put it high enough that the pup can't reach it. When it comes to pups always remember - out of sight, out of mind.

Put HOT red pepper flakes in the holes he dig and then he will feel the hotness and he'll learn not to dig anymore.

There is doggy NO DIG spray and powder, it sometimes works, also make sure he is getting plenty of excercise. You should expect that he will be trouble for a little while as he adjusts to his new home, but I can not stress enough EXCERCISE!

make your clothing line higher or dont put clothes out when he is out. Try finding a spot he is "aloud" to dig and designate that area for him.

If the puppy was watched like it should be then that wouldn't happen! They are like toddlers, you have to watch em or they get in trouble.
