i would recommend talking to your doctor or at least your parents, taking diet pills at such a young age can be hazardous to your health. plus it can mess up your hormones at a time when you are developing

There are no "safe" diet pills!!!They don't work, they have some dangerous side effects. The active ingredient is usually ephedrine or an antihistamine that's similar, that can mess with your heart. If you takes meds for asthma, or other lung problems, never take this stuff period. Save your money none of these pills work, its been asked here many many times. Sensible diet and exercises with a "mind" change will get you the results you want. SW RNP

Diet pills don't help you lose weight.
You have to eat properly: nutritious foods and
enough calories [depending on your age, height, etc, at least 1200 a day].
And you need to exercise. Check with your doctor. You can probably do 20 minutes of exercise, 3 timesa week safely.
Save your money. The pills are worthless.

I suggest not taking anything. If you want to lose weight, exercise. It's the healthiest way to do it. And don't eat crappy food!!! The pills will only cause you problems.

nothing over the counter will work...ask your doctor to prescribe them...but he'll only give you tme if you are classifed as obese...you'll know if you are or not by calculating your bmi (body mass index) http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm if its over 30 your obese...and over 40 you can get weight loss surgery...good luck x
